Parking area
In Via Agli Scali, on the right side of the station, about 50 meters from the entrance, there are 3 parking spaces reserved for disabled pass holders. In the same street it is also possible to park on the blue stripes with a parking disc. The stretch from the parking lot to the entrance of the station does not have obstacles to mobility and has a tactile route for people with visual impairment.

Entrance
Along the façade there are various entrance doors all with 2 doors (total width about 150 cm).

Ticket office
The ticket office (counter height: 110 cm) is located on the ground floor in the main atrium of the station. Between the operator and the customer there is a window; you can speak to the operator directly or via loudspeakers. Automatic ticket machines are available and their keyboard is 120 cm high above the floor.

Waiting room
Through wide openings, you access track 1 where the waiting room is located. The entrance has a two leaf door (total width 150 cm). The hall is wide and has chairs.

Toilet facilities
Toilets are located along the sidewalk of track 1. In both men's and women's toilets, there is a bathroom equipped for people with disabilities and a changing table for children. The men's toilet equipped for people with disabilities has the following characteristics:

• toilet with sliding door (80 cm wide)
• suspended washbasin
• suspended toilet (seat height: 45 cm, handle on both sides).

Platforms
Platform 1, 1 tronco Est and 1 tronco Ovest are accessible without barriers. You can access Platform 3, 3 tronco Est, 3 tronco Ovest and Platform 4 through an underpass: from Platform 1 via a staircase (20 steps with handrail on both sides) you reach the underpass and with another staircase (20 steps with handrail on both the sides) you reach Platform 3 and 4.

Orientation signage
Orientation signage for visually impaired people  tactile paths that connect different areas of the station (parking area, entrance, ticket office, track 1).

Communication
The public information systems of the station are:

• paper (timetable for arrivals / departures)
• visual (monitors)
• sound.

Bar - Cafeteria
It is located on the ground floor, in a side atrium of the station. It can be accessed through various wide doors. Inside there is sufficient space for a person in a wheelchair.
