At about 300 meters, in via solferino, there is the suburban public transport service station. For more information, please visit: https://www.arriva.it/
In front of the station, about 20 meters from the entrance, there is 1 parking space reserved for disabled pass holders. It is also possible to stop in the wide paying car park in Via della Stazione 59, about 50 meters away, where there are some parking lots reserved for disabled pass holders.
The stretch from the parking lot to the entrance of the station does not have obstacles to mobility and has a tactile route for people with visual impairment.
Along the facade of the station there are several entrance doors, all three-leaf doors (86 cm wide each).
Inside the station there are three ticket offices (Trenord, Trenitalia and Italo). The ticket offices of Trenitalia and Italo, placed one in front of the other, are on the ground floor on the left side of the main atrium of the station: the counter is about 110 cm high; between the operator and the customer there is a window and they can speak directly or through loudspeakers.
Along the sidewalk of track 1 there is the ticket office of Trenord: it can be reached by passing through a double leaf door (86 cm wide each); the counter is 100 cm high; the operator speaks directly to the customer. Automatic ticket machines are available and their keyboard is 120 cm high above the floor.
Through wide openings you can reach the sidewalk of track 1, where the waiting room is located: the room is wide and furnished with seats (seat height: 44 cm)
Toilets are located along the sidewalk of track 1. In both men's and women's toilet, there is a toilet equipped for people with disabilities.
The men's toilet equipped for people with disabilities has the following characteristics:
- toilet with hinged door (80 cm wide)
- suspended washbasin
- suspended toilet (seat height: 45 cm, handle on both sides).
You can access tracks 1 and 1 Ovest directly from the ticket office corridor. Tracks 2, 2 Est, 2 Ovest, 3, 3 Ovest, 4, 5, 6 and 7 can be accessed via an underpass served by elevators. Alternatively, you must go down the underpass via a staircase of 24 steps (16 cm high each) with handrail on both sides.Tracks 1, 1 Ovest, 2, 2 Est, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 are equipped with raised pavement to access the trains; they are also equipped with tactile routes for people with visual disabilities.
The railway station has 4 lifts:
- from track 1 to the underpass
- from the underpass to tracks 2 and 3
- from the underpass to tracks 4 and 5
- from the underpass to tracks 6 and 7
The lifts have the following characteristics:
- door width: 90 cm; cabin: inner space 107x140 cm
- lift level buttons panel with embossed Braille printing (maximum height 100 cm)
- acoustic and visual signal of arrival at a floor
- emergency bell (92 cm high above the floor)
Orientation signage for visually impaired people. Tactile paths and tactile maps that connect some areas of the station (parking, entrance, ticket office, tracks 1, 1 Ovest, 2, 2 Est, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).

It is located on the ground floor, in a side atrium of the station. It can be accessed through various wide doors. Inside there is sufficient space for a person in a wheelchair.
