The pier of the boats is about 400 meters from the station.
On the left side of Piazza Matteotti, about 20 meters from the entrance to the station, there is a parking space reserved for disabled pass holders. In via Giacomo Leopardi, which runs alongside the station, you can also park on the blue stripes. The stretch from the parking lot to the station entrance does not have obstacles to mobility.
The accessible entrance is in Via Alessandro Manzoni, through a 100 cm wide passageway. The entrance on the left side of the station, in via Giacomo Leopardi, has in succession: 2 steps (16 cm high each) and a double leaf door (76 cm wide each); as an alternative, about 10 meters on the right side, you can access track 1 via a hinged gate (100 cm wide).
The ticket office (counter height: 110 cm) is located on the ground floor in the main atrium of the station. Between the operator and the customer there is a window; you can speak to the operator directly or via loudspeakers. Automatic ticket machines are available and their keyboard is 120 cm high above the floor.
From track 1, the waiting room can be accessed via a double leaf door (total width: 150 cm). The hall is wide and has chairs (seat height: 44 cm.).
Toilets are located along the sidewalk of track 1. There is only one toilet equipped for people with disabilities that can be used by men and women; it has the following characteristics:
- toilet with hinged door (80 cm wide)
- suspended washbasin
- suspended toilet (seat height: 45 cm, handle on both sides).
Tracks 1, 2 and 3 can be easily reached without barriers.

Bar - Cafeteria
It is located on the ground floor, on the sidewalk of track 1. It can be accessed through a hinged door (78 cm wide). Inside there is sufficient manoeuvring space for a person in a wheelchair.
