The Central station is served by the M2 and M3 underground lines: the underground track level is connected to the turnstiles (mezzanine) level via accessible lifts. From here it is possible to reach the square in front of the railway station with an accessible glass elevator. If the lift is not working, you can take the underpass between the mezzanine M2 and M3: along an underpass with short sections slightly sloping, you can directly reach the -1 floor of the Central Station; from here a lift allows you to reach floor 0 of the station.

Parking area
In Piazza Luigi di Savoia, near the entrance to the station there is a parking space for disabled pass holders; in the square there are several parking spaces with blue stripes.
In Piazza IV Novembre, near the entrance to the station there are two parking spaces for disabled pass holders.
The stretch from the parking lot to the entrance of the station does not have obstacles to mobility and has a tactile route for people with visual impairment.

In the station
Milano Centrale railway station has tapis roulants and various lifts (large cabin, acoustic and visual signal of arrival at the floor, level buttons panel with embossed Braille printing) that connect the ground floor (0) where the ticket offices are (Trenitalia and Italo), the mezzanine floor (+1), the tracks (+2) where there is also the Sala Blu (Sala Blu website).
The latter is dedicated to welcoming people with disabilities who have requested the assistance service: it is located on the sidewalk of track 3, has several seats and displays with information on arrivals and departures of trains. At the station there are tactile floor paths and tactile maps.

Tracks
Tracks (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24) are accessible to wheelchair users, and equipped with a raised walkway to access trains. Furthermore tracks (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21) are equipped with tactile routes for people with visual impairment. The floor of the tracks can be reached by using elevators.

Toilet facilities
Toilets are located both on the track level (+2) near track 21, and on the mezzanine floor (+1), a few meters from a lift that connects all the floors of the station. To access the toilets reserved for people with disabilities, it is necessary to press a button and wait for the service staff to open the door. The toilets that are not reserved for people with disabilities are pay toilets, with turnstiles at the entrance.
