Parking area
In Piazza Marconi, on the left side of the station, about 20 meters from the entrance, there are 6 parking spaces reserved for disabled pass holders. It is also possible to park in a large paying car park. The stretch from the parking lot to the entrance of the station does not have obstacles to mobility and has a tactile route for people with visual impairment.

Entrance
Along the facade of the station there are several entrance doors, all two-leaf doors (98 cm wide each).

Ticket office
The ticket office (counter height: 110 cm) is located on the ground floor in the main atrium of the station. Between the operator and the customer there is a window; you can speak to the operator directly or via loudspeakers. Automatic ticket machines are available and their keyboard is 120 cm high above the floor.

Waiting room
Through wide openings you can reach the sidewalk of track 1, where the waiting room is located: the room is wide and furnished with seats (seat height: 44 cm)

Toilet facilities
Toilets are located along the sidewalk of track 1. The men's toilet equipped for people with disabilities has the following characteristics:

  • toilet with sliding door (80 cm wide)
  • suspended washbasin
  • suspended toilet (seat height: 45 cm, handle on both sides).

Tracks
You access track 1 and track 1 Ovest directly from the corridor of the ticket office. Tracks 2, 3, 4, 4 Est, 5, 6 and 7 are accessed via an underpass served by elevators. Alternatively, you must go down the underpass via a staircase of 24 steps (16 cm high each) with handrail on both sides.Tracks 1, 1 Ovest, 6 and 7 have raised sidewalk to access the trains. In addition, tracks 1 and 6 are equipped with tactile routes for people with visual disabilities.

Lifts
The railway station has 4 lifts:
from track 1 to the underpass,
from the underpass to tracks 2 and 3,
from the underpass to tracks 4 and 5,
from the underpass to tracks 6 and 7,

The lifts have the following characteristics:

  • door width: 90 cm;  cabin: inner space 148x153 cm
  • lift level buttons panel with embossed Braille printing (maximum height 110 cm)
  • acoustic and visual signal of arrival at a floor
  • emergency bell (90 cm high above the floor)

Orientation signage
Orientation signage for visually impaired people; tactile paths that connect different areas of the station (parking area, entrance, ticket office, track 1 and 6).

Communication
The public information systems of the station are:

  • paper (timetable for arrivals / departures)
  • visual (monitors)
  • sound.

Bar - Cafeteria
It is located on the ground floor, in a side atrium of the station. It can be accessed through various wide doors. Inside there is sufficient space for a person in a wheelchair.
