Public transport
In Via Masaccio, a few meters from the station, there is a bus stop of several bus lines of the Arriva company  Atv Verona and Brescia Trasporti company

Parking area
The main entrance of the station is in Piazza Einaudi; at about 150 meters, in Via Masaccio, you can park along the road with a parking disc and there are also 2 parking spaces reserved for disabled pass holders. You reach the station via an asphalt sidewalk. The back of the station instead overlooks a large free parking area, in cement, called "Parcheggio Sud Stazione"; near the entrance of the station there are 4 parking spaces reserved for disabled pass holders.

Entrance
The front entrance  of the station, the one on the back and the underpass that connects them are at the level of the roadway, while tracks 1, 2 and 3 are raised and can be reached by using elevators. The elevator for track 1 is located outside the station, to the left of the façade; while the elevator for tracks 2 and 3 is located in the internal underpass.
On the facade of the station there are 5 double leaf doors (total width 140 cm): four of them are preceded by a step (15 cm high) while the first door on the left has a ramp. All of them give access to the corridor where the ticket office, the cafeteria and the entrance to the underpass for tracks 2 and 3 are located.
If you park at the back of the station, in the "Parcheggio sud stazione", you can directly enter the underpass where there is an elevator that takes you to tracks 2 and 3; then, you reach the ticket office and if you get out, you reach the elevator for track 1.

Ticket office
It is located in the corridor of the station, when you enter on your left. There are floor hurdles of variable width (tendiflex).
Counter height: 90 cm. Between the operator and the customer there is a glass and speakers are used for communicating between the parties. Automatic ticket machines with touch screen keyboards are available at different heights.

Tracks
The station has 3 tracks (1, 2, 3) all accessible by elevator. The tracks are equipped with a raised sidewalk to access trains and  with tactile routes for people with visual disabilities to get to the entrance.

Lifts
The railway station has 2 lifts:

  • the lift for track 1 is located outside the station, to the left of the façade;
  • the lift for tracks 2 and 3 is located in the underpass.

The lift for track 1 has the following characteristics:

  • door width: 90 cm;  cabin: inner space 110x150 cm
  • lift level buttons panel with embossed Braille printing (maximum height 100 cm)
  • visual and acoustic signal of arrival at the floor
  • emergency bell.

The elevator for tracks 2 and 3 has the following characteristics:

  • door width: 90 cm;  cabin: inner space 105x135 cm
  • lift level buttons panel with embossed Braille printing (maximum height 100 cm)
  • visual and acoustic signal of arrival at the floor
  • emergency bell.

Waiting room
It is located along the sidewalk of track 1. The door is a hinged door (80 cm wide). The hall is wide and has chairs.

Toilet facilities
Toilets are located along the sidewalk of track 1. In both men's and women's toilet, there is a toilet equipped for people with disabilities. The men's toilet equipped for people with disabilities has the following characteristics:

  • vestibule with two consecutive doors (total width: 87 cm  and 80 cm) and a washbasin (clear space in front: 130 cm)
  • toilet with sliding door (77 cm wide)
  • suspended toilet (45 cm high, clear space: in front 70 cm, on the right side 110 cm, on the left side 25 cm; handle on the left side).

Cafeteria
The Cafeteria is on the ground floor, in the atrium of the station. It has a double-leaf entrance door (total width: 120 cm). Inside there is sufficient space for a person in a wheelchair.

Orientation signage
Orientation signage for visually impaired people. Tactile routes and tactile maps connect various spaces of the station (ticket office, tracks, waiting room, toilets).

Communication
The public information systems of the station are:

  • paper (timetable for arrivals / departures)
  • visual (monitors)
  • sound.
